The Situation

The Chartered institute of housing (CIH) report ‘Rethinking Social Housing’ proposes a target of building 90,000 social rent homes per year. Development site procurement is essential to housing association growth strategies, and meeting these government targets.

Many housing associations are not geared up for the complex market that surrounds procuring development sites. Many do not possess the in-house skills to compete with private sector developers for sites.

We can offer a turnkey development solution. You provide us with the brief. We will source the site, identifying development opportunities via land sale & agents. We will present viabilities and potential schemes. After a proposal is accepted we will then seek to gain planning, broker any senior debt, and act as managing agent to deliver the build.
